Rateyourshift.com at its core is a healthcare company. Its founders are all Registered Nurses with at least their Associate's Degree, so we know exactly what it is like to be facility floor staff. We are still to this day, "right there in the trenches with you"!

We stepped out on our own, because of COVID, and all the drama that it has caused, and built Rateyourshift.com to provide our cohort with the opportunity to express themselves without fear of retaliation from facility leadership and without having to navigate the internet to find reputable review websites that are actually easy-to-use.

Although this doesn't come easy! Because of our rigorous review process for each submission that we receive, all of our posts have to be manually entered into our website so we can ensure that we are actually providing something of value, which takes time (our most precious resource).
